How to prepare them for cooking and different ways they can be used in cooking.

Storing, freezing, and drying herbs.

Recipe Demo:

Tzatziki Dip (serve with a small veggie cup/whole grain crackers for dipping)

Bonus Recipe:  Tangerine and Thyme Infused Water (discussed but prepared in advance for sampling)
