Home School Group Reservations

During the Fall (October and November) and Spring (May) seasons we welcome groups of 20 plus Tuesdays through Fridays. If you have less than 20 paying people we hope you will come on a General Public Day (see Scott’s Maze Adventures Schedule) or you are welcome to pay the “weekday group minimum”.

Reservation Process

  1. Please read through all the information for Group Reservations first as following these procedures will help make a stress-free event for everyone.
  2. Once you have chosen a ‘Date’ & ‘Time’ for your Maze Adventure Event, please fill out our reservation form
  3. To check for availability, please email reservations@longandscottfarms.com or leave a message at 352-383-6900. All reservations are taken on a first-come first-serve basis.
  4. Once we receive your completed reservation form, your group will be penciled in and we will email/send you a confirmation form to sign and verify.
  5. Confirmation forms and deposits must be received within 3 days of booking the event in order to secure our maze staff, the property and/or equipment for the stated event, (Reservations and deposits are on a first come, first serve basis therefore the earlier you get deposits in the better. We start taking deposits in September).
  6. All events are considered tentative until a $164.00 non-refundable deposit is received securing events. That $164.00 deposit will apply to the total amount. This deposit covers the minimum amount required for weekday groups. Please make checks payable to Long & Scott Farms, Inc. Thanks!  
  7. Payment in full must be made the day of your event, at the time of your arrival.
  8. When you make a reservation, you guarantee that you will bring and pay for the number of people you have specified, this number can change up to 5 days before your visit; with less than 5 days' notice, you must pay for at least the number of people that you made a reservation for. (See Cancellation Policy)
  9. Full payment may be made in advance, but no refunds will be given if not all guests are able to attend the event on the day and time for which the reservation was made.
  10. Note: E-mail me to receive a quicker response, as I am spending most of my time in the Maze Area during the day.

 

Arrival & Check-in

Your group is scheduled for 4 hours from the time of your reservation, so arriving late cuts into your Adventure time.

Please bear in mind that we are a working farm, and when we schedule groups we bring in extra help.  If your group is late it not only inconveniences other Groups but costs us extra money and interferes with our work schedule. Please have everyone arrive ON TIME and at the same time. Bring your signed confirmation with you and check-in will be in the Market.

  

 

Reservation Cancellations:

 

Minimum for Weekday groups

There is a minimum charge of $164.00 for a weekday group (TUESDAYS through FRIDAYS) Those days we concentrate on groups of 20 or more. Please do not call and ask for exceptions! We must bring in staff for all of our groups and need a minimum to cover our costs.



Discounts

The "Maze Adventure Park" discount consists of 3 free adult tickets ($30) per every 25 paying guests**. In order for your group to qualify for this discount;
