What is a Corn Maze?
The maze is an ancient art form created
by people thousands of years ago. Today the maze has been reborn
at Long & Scott Farms with help from Maize Quest. You or a
group work together or compete as teams to find your way through
a 6 acre corn field. Corn mazes aren't just a walk in the
stalks via pathways, they're adventures! The cornstalks are the
backdrop for a themed experience that's different every year.
With a bridge, multiple choices on every pathway and a "Maze
Master" the maze provides a safe environment to enjoy an
exciting new and outside adventure! Each year's adventure has an
educational theme. You answer questions by finding clues in the
corn. You can use Maize-o-Vision our trademarked decoding system
to see the map hidden on your game sheet. There is something new
to find and a decision to make around every corner.

only deal with one person for payment and that saves much
time! We will "try" to get your group through the lines as

depend on when you made your

Group Leaders please
have counts and money ready before you reach the register and be
here 15 minutes before your scheduled time!
If your group is late you will inconvenience other groups on the

Party Reservations |
|
We do reserve for Birthday
Parties and other Parties, the same procedures as for
Schools and Groups apply. The
prices are also the same. Scott's Maze Adventures is an enclosed area with
multiple activities and everyone entering must pay, even if you are not going to do all of the activities.
Most likely everyone will
not arrive at one time you must have a written list of those you
are going to pay for, other wise we will request payment from
anyone not on your list. And no a parent can not walk kids down
without paying. Our weekends are far to busy to police this
individually so we will be strict in letting someone walk into
the area without paying.
Depending on how far in
advance you reserve the area will determine if you get a
separate picnic area.
-
You can enter the Big
Corn Maze between 10:00 and 3:00 Tuesdays through Saturdays
and 1:00 and 3:00 on Sundays.
-
We stop selling
tickets at 3:00 so you have plenty of time in the Maze.
-
We also do not open our
gates till 9:00 on Saturday and 1:00 on Sundays.
-
We close the Maze and
the Market at 5:00 So prepare your
groups.
The same Maze and Farm
rules apply to all your guests and you
are responsible for their behavior. We do ask that you pick up
behind your party, trash cans are every where, if there is a
question find one of our employees for help. Also see
Tips and safety. |

Farm Tours are mostly done
with Group reservations, we require 20 or more paying
riders, at $5. per person. We have a discount of 3 free teacher/Chaperone

pulled by a tractor. We like our Farm Tours to be educational and
encourage you to ask a lot of questions along the way. In general, they last about 40 minutes.
(Hint the more questions, the longer the hayride!) Short
hayrides are an option too.
On Weekends we have Hayrides for the General
